Haven is maintained to a very high standard and situated within a short level walk of the town, lovely beaches, car and boat parks. The property is well-equipped and is set-up for one or two families with a paved terrace to the rear. Salcombe has a great selection of pubs and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the house and the excellent Salcombe Gin Distillery and bar is even closer!

On the Water
- For any water enthusiasts, Salcombe has a wide variety of activities available for all ages and abilities. Boat trips / boat hire - from gentle trips along the estuary to exhilarating RIB rides out to sea, take sailing or surfing lessons or simply splash about near the beaches in a kayak or paddle board. Don't miss the chance to take a ride on the ferries to the beaches at South Sands or East Portlemouth.
On Land
- An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Salcombe is perfectly situated on the South West Coastal Path. With so many walks to choose from you can expect breathtaking scenery, wildlife spotting opportunities, dramatic rugged coastline and the soft rolling South Hams hills. A ramble or a full day hike, with children and / or dogs, the choice is yours.

A 'foodies' delight, Salcombe has a fantastic selection of 'eateries'. Whether you are looking for the perfect Devon pasty, the tastiest, creamiest ice cream, fresh crab and lobster, or just a relaxing cup of coffee, you will not be disappointed.
